ROVINY INTERNATIONAL PROMOTIONS, started its operation in 1990, by recruiting talents and personnel for hotels and companies in Hongkong and building up a manpower pool of professional staffs, skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers, domestic helpers, professional musicians and live entertainers of a broad range in all categories. Some impressive client list that includes The Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Holiday Inn Harbour View (now Grand Stanford), Holiday Inn Golden Mile, Regal Kowloon Hotel, Regal KaiTak, Regal Hongkong, the opening of the Regal Airport Hotel, Regal Riverside Hotel, The Eaton Hotel, Pruton Prudential Hotel, Ritz Carlton, Park Lane Radisson, The Conrad Hongkong, Metropole Hotel, Hongkong Parkview & Suites, JW Marriott Hotel, Aberdeen Marina Club, Marco Polo Privilege Club, Royal Hongkong Jockey Club, The Hongkong Club, Indian Businessmen's Association, Friends of Mauritius Association, Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club, The Chariot Club, Hongkong Cricket Club, Royal Hongkong Yacht Club, Ladies Recreation Club, Stanley Prison Officers Club, Harbour Plaza North Point, Noble Dancer's Cafe, Island Pacific Hotel, L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon and The Ocean Park Corporation for the "Ocean Park's Caribbean Carnival Summer Splash 2006", "Ocean Park's Halloween Bash 2007", "Ocean Park's Hot N' Wild Party Summer Splash 2009", "Ocean Park's SkyFair Fire Show 2009" and our one hundred (100 pax) Overseas Performers for the "Ocean Park's Halloween Bash 2009".

In 1992, the company accounted for 90% of the live entertainment in Macau with talents attracting crowds at The Westin Resort, New Century Hotel, Ritz Hotel, Mandarin Oriental, New World Emperor, Royal Hotel, Rich Boss Night Club, Hotel Lisboa, Pousada Sao Tiago, Hotel Bela Vista, Clube Militar, Macau Golf & Country Club, Macau Landmark Convention & Exhibition Centre, a few years later the opening of the Macau Tower Convention & Entertainment Centre, Hotel Grand Lisboa and the new Oceanus Casino.

In 1993, the company also deployed the first Show Band in Nanjing, China, for the opening of The Nanjing Disco Club. During the same year, another 6-piece Show Band for the opening of Cima Hotel in Dongguan, The Haiyatt Garden Hotel in Houjie, Crowne Plaza Hotel in Zhengzhou, The White Swan Hotel in Guangzhou, Harbour View Hotel & Resort, Grand Bay View Hotel, Holiday Inn Hotel in Zhuhai and some other major cities in China.
